Innovate help

Post by Patrick McHugh »

My LC-1 quit sending data to my laptop. The George graves gizmo works fine so I know data is working but I feel I have a software issue. I can access and change settings and update the firmware through LM Programmer, but I can't get Logworks to connect. I'm using a USB-Serial converter on COM 1. Any ideas?

Check Device Manager with cable plugged in and see if it is Prolific or FTDI based adapter
Prolific has an updated drive (google search)
FTDI's just work...
