I have been very happy with
Innovate Motorsports LC-1 and LM-1. They don't make the LM-1 anymore but I hear the LM-2 that replaced it is even better. Since you will be running the original engine management, having a unit that will log on its own would be nice. The cheaper LC-1 doesn't give you that option. It's also nice that they use a sensor that is cheaply replaceable at your local auto parts store.

I got my LC-1 for about $130 iirc new from amazon. Its been a great purchase.
I added a quick release 3 prong oem plug for 12v and gnd. Makes it very easy to swap from one vehicle to another.
Aircooled power ftw!
