hello i was wondering if anyone has ran the 745i manifold upside down to make it a top mount setup, what problems i might run into trying to do this aside form the wastegate any info would be greatly appreciated
another quick question is an o2 signal clamp required to prevent lean tip in? if so where can i buy one or if anyone has an alternate solution suggestion i'm all ears i'm going with chip and fmu setup for now until my knowledge on tuning increases.
if i was to purchase a chip from u would the chip have to be mapped different if i was using a b35 head on b34 block or would your standard 059 chip work? sorry for back to back questions but i'm almost done putting my engine back together and have alot of little details i keep running into and need advice with i appreciate your time.
well i'd like to go back and fourth between 12 and 18 if possible but if its better to stick with one boost level i'll just do that i'm gonna use a digital boost controller, and i will be using the bosch red 30lbs injectors

You will be limited to about 15psi with 30lb injectors depending on your location. The chip would be suitable for that boost level.
The TCD chip will be fine for you even with the b35 head. All you have done is lower compression even further than a stock B34. Not sure why you went that route since you have a laggy turbo and its going to be slower out of boost than a stock B34, but it will work.
well i plan on going with a more aggressive setup as soon as i can supply the fuel and i get a feel for the current setup the k27 i have is a modded one with 60mm blade i didnt know the k27 was laggy i figured the lower compression would make it more reliable, i'm 22 i'm a collge student and this is my first turbo build so i might be miss informed so any info given to me to better my build is much appreciated i just finished mock up with the engine on the stand yesterday
thats sick i hope to have my car at that status soon enough i want to learn as much as i can before i go with a crazy setup it be nice to be at 500rwhp within the next three or four years but i know nothing about standalones and tuning.... YET
