Actually I don't think I'll ever be done.

I have a lot of plans for it. But I want to get it registered and on the road by next weekend.

Now i gotta figure out why i have starting issues. Some days it just doesn't want to start.

I ordered a new fuel pump because it didn't seem like it was pumping any fuel. I will check to see if i'm getting power when its being cranked. It might also be the relay.

I actually did. I really like how they fill the look.

But...it really isn't a hartge so I don't know if I will be doing it. I kind of like how the full black looks too. However, id like to see if anyone has the stripes on a schwarz to picture it. Or maybe photoshop??

Figured out the starting issue. Had a clogged fuel filter.

Also lubed up all the moving rails to make everything work smoothly. Put some new aircraft material sticky protector film on the doors to prevent the air getting in through the gaps. Got the door panels all installed.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Sorry I haven't updated any pictures recently. Been pretty busy with life. Moved to a new location, got married, went on a vacation, etc. Anyway I got a couple pics to keep the thread alive.

Haven't done much at all except for put a new sound system/deck/amps in the car. Something big is going to come up soon though. I'll keep posted.

So i got a M30B35 that will be going in once i sort all the parts i need. Wasn't the swap i was going to get but i bought something special and decided to not spend that much money on this since the new car will be exciting. Claims to only have about 80k miles on it but we will see how it looks inside. If anyone here has a lower mileage 5 speed tranny for sale, pm me.

Came with new power steering lines, K&N air filter, seems like a new alternator, and a few other bits. Picked it all up for $460.

Hoping to clean it all up and painting some bits for some eye candy. Have the motronic 1.3 for it and am hoping to do the MarkD chip.

Here are some pics of the engine on the stand.

Also finally got a photoshoot done of the car before it goes under construction again. Will be posting some pics when they get edited. But here is a teaser....

Here are some pictures from the photoshoot. The red e34 is my younger brothers car.

We took a bunch so this is a small portion of them.

Enjoy.

So I finally received my new car. It's also a little project but should be a very fun one.
While I'll be working on my e28 with the motor swap, I should have something fun to drive.

Here are some pictures. Some of you might know it. I bought Joeys m3.

Put it on the scale and weighs 2920lbs with a subwoofer, spare tire, and half tank of gas. Also currently has the a/c pump attached to the motor but not hooked up. Will be removing it.
Oh and for those of you that don't know, it has an s54 6mt swap. ;)

Image

Hopefully I could get started on the e28 motor swap shortly.

What I want to know is: Just how slow is it? And why do you want a slow car?

Sure looks nice though.
