Euro 10/1 Turbo?

Post by Sleeper21 »

I have a euro 10/1 engine running on M1.3. Engine has about 80k and I'm considering a small boast possibly. My car has become a garage queen is retired from DD status, however recently my 15 yr. old niece has been taunting me with her new car (2014 Camaro rs) . She leaving notes on my e28. I cracking soon. Money is no object, I must beat her one day. Please advise soon- Your friend-Scott

PS- I've searched and I guess I've read conflicting reports about using a 10/1 engine. Should I consider a b35 new build? I really open to anything..

Swap in an eta motor and I'm sure she'll give up.

yea..... that's easy nothing major needs to be done to the engine. 10:1 loves boost. don't be afraid of high compression turbo. you get all the benefits of the better low end torque with the high end power of turbo.... not to mention a little quicker spool time ;)

My niece is spoiled beyond imagination, ..One story, its x-mas and my niece receives a real-live miniature pony. Not a toy..a living, breathing, miniature pony. When she sees the pony she starts crying. They asked her what was wrong and she said " my pony is so lonely". Next morning, she wakes up...Two miniature ponies.
Truthfully my first post was a drunken post. I kinda wish I would've never mentioned her, but it leads to this and its a biggie in my small world. My wife has giving me the go-head to turbo my car

Thanks for all the reply's, I'm reading as much as I can regarding turbo's right now and trying to decide what I really want
