Whats the best mpg you've obtained with FI?

What is the best mpg you were able to get with your boosted setup?

I've seen 24mpg in my stock m30 powered e23 with an auto & .293 diff

I got 27 in my 745i stock with the auto and the 2.93 coming back from Oregon.

I have never calculated it in the B7 Turbo since I never totally fill the tank to avoid filling the one in the trunk.

All of my 293 diff m30 turbos manual trans would get 26mpg.

The LS 5.3 turbo with a 346 diff achieved 27mpg on trips to Va Beach and Toronto last year.

Driving it like a proper fun turbo car must get like 10mpg
but just daily driving to work out of curiously to see what a normal mpg looks like it's about 16mpg
which is still pretty darn good. No freeway driving.


btw I know you're not asking but sorta nice to know that my turbo m20 got about the same MPG as the N/A m30.
