MS2 fuel and spark map

I'm new to megasquirt and tuning in general. I am looking for a "base" tune so that I can start the car and carefully drive it to the dyno/tuner. (I've tried searching but can't seem to find much more than a spark table from 2008)

Here's what I'm working with,

MS2
M106, 60lb injectors, wasted spark (diyautotune coil)

Would someone be willing to share their tune just to get me started?
