I just re-sized a photo down to 100 pixels so it could be displayed under my user name. It worked alright, but the resolution is horrible. I do not have Photoshop, just the typical Microsoft Photo Editor. Any suggestions on how I can improve the quality?

Did you do a "Save for Web"? If so, just maximize all of your settings when you save it- that shoud do the trick.

If this doesn't work, post your original image, and I will resize it for you.
