Sometimes I can not see pics when i'm using firefox but when i check out the thread on internet explorer they seem to work fine. Like this thread for instance:

Anyone else experiencing this?

I use Firefox at home and at work and never have a problem with the pictures displaying, including the thread you linked to above.

Works fine with Opera for Linux too.

No problems here. Make sure you check for updates and have current Java software installed.
