WTB: Euro High Beam and Euro Valance thingy?

I need a right side Euro high beam, mine got busted by something on the I-5 last night. If necessary I'll buy both but just the right side would be optimal. Let me know, thanks.

Edit: Also, what is the black plastic part that runs in between the fog lights along the valance. I can't seem to find any part # for one. Any info on this piece would be appreciated ass swell.
