Feeler, Poss WTB: Style 66 fronts only (17x8)

Okay, so I am the type of person to buy a piece of shit and spend just as much money fixing it as it would have cost buying said POS to begin with. That said;

I found these style 66 rear 9" wheels on ebay. They're cheap, someone painted on them and they have curb rash. Perfect for me!
My questions are;
Are these wheels acceptable to refinish?
Does anyone have 2 fronts available for sale, or do I just wait for a full set?
