I sent 2 PMs early today. Now, almost 12 hours later, they are both in my Outbox instead of my Sentbox. Is there an issue with PM? Is there a delay from when things are sent and when they go out?

They will be in the Out Box until the recipient opens them, then they will be in your Sent Box.
