I'm not exactly sure why this was moved... this is more about intercooler placement on an E28 than to do with turbodiesels.

I was trying to gather opinions from a broader audience that generally wouldn't look in the TD section. TDs aren't the only E28 to wear intercoolers.

Yeah, TDs aren't the only E28 to wear intercoolers, but no non-forced-injection E28 does, so it doesn't belong in Tech Talk.
