Surfing the web & stumbled upon this:
I wonder if it would have the same flow characteristics as a flipped manifold with an adapter. Thoughts?

well this one would be better since the exhaust ports are aligned properly to the manifold. are you concerened with the length on the tubing?
I purchased some LHD stock manifolds from the usa, but such a design would interfere with the steering box on a e34 535, RHD.
