Any trick for pulling the turbo from the manifold

In the process of removing the turbo from the manifold. While three bolts look fairly easy to get at, any tips on getting to the one on the back side away from the exhaust (back right if looking from the side) is appreciated.
Thanks

The manifold and turbo must be removed together.

Thanks. That helps to clarify for me as it left me stumped a little last night.
Since I need to pull the head to check the gasket to see what was the cause of the pressure issues that Greg had with the car I am guessing that it would be much easier to pull the head with the manifold attached and then remove.
If I don't go that route, any tricks for the bolts (or suggested special tools or brand of beer) on the backside of the turbo holding the manifold.

Sure it's easier to remove the manifold outside the car. You'll need a hoist or being very strong to lift the head with manifold/turbo attached by yourself.
12mm open end wrench that is ground down and patience is your friend for that lower #5 nut.

I remember reaching in from the front with my right hand and swinging the wrench between the turbine and the block. I think the 12mm wrench from the trunk tool kit worked reasonably well. Theres really no good way to do it.

This last go around I used a hoist and pulled the head, both manifolds and downpipe all as one piece. It was a lot faster.
