Did it friday. HOW WAS I LIVING BEFORE
It all worked great! Thanks again. The car drives about 100% better. Anyone who insists Motronic is OK is a fool, just like I was before I installed the MSmooseheadm5 wrote:I take it that means all the crap I sent you worked.
Glad to hear it!

Yes it is. I put the 8 lb spring in and took the Begi out. I'm going to use an EBC soon.Nebraska_e28 wrote:Is yours FI or no?Patrick McHugh wrote:

I'm still on the fence about ebc vs. mbc & which is better. I've done some reading & asked questions but things are still gray for me.Patrick McHugh wrote:Yes it is. How come I don't get any replies like this in my area?flimflam wrote: I have a shop with a dyno...wana see what the car makes?
WOW. That's really exciting. You can check out my car anytime! I'm having a cookout at my shop friday, you should come!flimflam wrote:I know this is a little old, but since you are in Richmond, as am I...I'm thinking of going MS as well for my twin turbo'd 535i. I've never touched the stuff....what can I expect? What the hell do I even need?
Would you be willing to let me look over your setup? I have a shop with a dyno...wana see what the car makes? I'd love to have another car to compare mine to whenever it finally gets running.

Awesome! I just got the EBC installed and working today, i've been tuning the higher boost levels on my way to / from work. I'm going to wreck if I keep doing it on the street, it's definitely Dyno time!flimflam wrote:I'll be at Summit Point for Hyperfest, but I will certainly find you next week and stop in and introduce myself. And I was serious, if you want to throw the car on the dyno I'll do it for free if I can pick your brain on things I need for my own cars.
You never dated a hot crazy girl. Crazy, yes.FirstFives Dictator wrote:
