Couldn't find an answer using search, so obviously I still suck at it.
I just received the o-ring took from Moosehead and have a question on what diameter to set the cutter at. Do you just take the bore to bore distance and third it or take the gasket ring diameter and halve it or is there a simpler process?
TIA

I set mine to the center of the metal part of the stock head gasket I was using (Elring Klinger IIRC)

I think that will work just fine. The gasket ring is .205" so I used .205/2 + .005 = .108" from edge of bore. I think the pattern looks great.
Thanks for the replies.
