Prepping to setup/configure Electronic Boost Control

Post by Nebraska_e28 »

I'm considering making the move to EBC & am about pull the trigger in ordering the components to build the circuitry. Currently I'm running MS2 that I build myself. I should have enough room on the proto area to build the ebc circuit, but I'm wondering how to setup the heat sink for the FET that is required. Can I just cut a small piece of aluminum & bolt it onto the transistor?

I guess this is also a pic request for how you configured your circuit.

Mine is just on a strip of aluminum all the other fets are on.

The wiring is ultra easy and so is the tuning ;)

Convenient setup. You mounted it on a Glens Garage board? I could slap it there or stuff it on the proto area of MS & tie into an open lead on my db37 (if there is one).
