Given the motor has been prepped accordingly, how much boost can be ran with an e23 745i ecu? Would a person be better off converting to MS?

10psi fuel cutoff with stock chip. 15psi with chip and BEGI.

I couldn't get past 10 comfortably(with the chip) without hearing some ping. Megasquirt all the way at this point.

How much boost with a 745i ecu?
