So, I accidentally bought a euro M30B34 with a 10:1 compression ratio instead of an M30B35. I planned on turbocharging said motor but I am unsure how the higher compression will affect things. Has anyone built a turbo euro M30B34 before? Any suggestions?

How much power will that give me? I was aiming for 450 at the crank. If I get a thicker head gasket, I calculated my compression ratio to be 9:1.

With good engine management you should be fine. Car would have phenomenal off-boost drivability and more area under the curve. Do it!

I guess I'll just go forward with the build and see what happens, airing on the side of caution of course.

Use a stock thickness HG. Power ultimately depends on many factors including turbo kit efficiency, elevation, fuel quality, ambient air temperature etc. I would pick a cam that matches the exhaust manifold.
