FS Cosmo shell to a good home (MA)

I have a 528e parts car. Alpine, blue interior, manual trans. Electronics seem to work. Engine cranks but doesn't fire, I think it's the speed / ref sensors (they're out of spec, I have spares). Rings are probably screwed since it was seized when I got it. It's complete except for the sunroof wind deflector, shifter boot and maybe or or two things in the engine bay. I have the front bumper but it's pretty bent. Transmission shifts fine although the shifter needs new bushings, clutch appears to work. Interior is pretty good, manual comfort seats in the front, the top of the rear bench is sun burnt. The chassis is absolutely destroyed with rust - missing parts of the frame rails, softball sized shock tower holes, the works. Fuse box isn't melted.
I've also got a 528e chassis that doesn't have major rust issues (I fixed the couple problems it had), electronics are great, has a blade fuse board, single fuel pump conversion, no drivetrain or interior. It was driving around a month ago before I pulled the engine to drop into a different car. Candidate for taking all the stuff out of the parts car and making something out of both, or a lemons chassis. I also have a known good m20 and 4hp trans I can include.
