M20 to M30 Swap questions

I am planning on swaping the engine from my BMW E34 (M20B25) with what I believe to be a M30B35 and have a few questions 

1. is the wiring harness usable, the M20 has a Motronic 1.3 
2. Also where are some good places to buy engine parts for rebuild of M30 as this is my goal for right now.
