WTB: Getrag 280/5 for my M5

Title says it all. With 201k on the original transmission I want to replace this noisy and leaky SOB this winter. Let me know what's available.

Steve Haygood has a line on a fresh rebuilt one. Last I talked to him about it he wanted $2k.
201k really isn't that many miles for any Getrag transmission, maybe you could just refresh the input/output bearings and seals? I have only replaced seals not bearings, but it can't be that difficult, right? Can anyone else comment on this?
