I'm very interested in the drive train components for my track car. 3.73 is NOT the stock ratio, correct ?

What is the condition of the engine, trans, and diff ? What leaks? How long has this stuff been sitting ?

How fast do you need to get rid of the shell ?

Why are you parting the car ?

Well, engine and trans run great, it has been "sitting" for about a year. And when I say "sitting" i mean it has been started up, moved around but never titled.

373 is the stock ratio on that car, I need to get rid of the car by the start of next week.

I am parting it out cause..... Some kid baught the car, then sold it to someone else, that person filled out the title but didnt transfer it, then he sold it another person and just crossed off his info and put in the new persons. the DMV didnt want anything to do with it, so the last person tryed to erase the info and start again, this ripped the title a couple hoses and made it very tampered with. Now I have the car and the only thing keeping me from getting a good title is the last person got a bunch of parking tickets in the first owners name( he is not happy about that, i wouldnt be either) so insted of paying all the parking ticket the other kid got on it to get a title I am just parting it out. I do have a title but it is very messed up.

How are the mirrors?

Driver side was sold already, passenger side is good, no cracks no breaks, aftermarket paint job on it though.

what kind of leaks / oil stains are there on the engine, gearbox, and diff ?

engine:
- rear main seal leakage ?
- head / valve cover leakage?

gearbox:
- does the selector shaft seal leak ?
- does the rear output seal leak ?

diff:
- does the input flange leak ?
- do either of the output flanges leak ?

would you have any ability to hold onto the engine, tranny, and diff for "a while" until i can come get them? I'll be making some "cargo" trips between here and minneapolis in the next few weeks but dont know when exactly...
