First, two of my injectors started to leak, so thanks to
Jim, I was able to get replacements quickly and install
them.

Second, my right rear SS brake line (Earl's) started puking
brake fluid for no apparent reason. Had it replaced today
at a local shop with a rubber oem line as a temporary fix.

After driving around town to run some errands, my brake
bomb decides to take a crap. And this brake bomb was
replaced about 6 months ago!

So then I pull up my driveway, and what do I hear? My
left front caliper (840 brembo 4-pot) is now creaking when
I apply any significant brake pressure...damnit!

Time to park the sumbitch for a few days...sort of a "timeout"
for my car to sit and think about what it's done. It has given
me more troubles in the last 5 days than it has in the last year!

Man that sucks -- Its that theory where if one thing goes wrong... they all start going wrong. My CD player's backlight just went out... which means it's just a matter of time before something else goes wrong.

Is there any way to get separate ss brake lines for the car? I am looking for a pair of front lines for an E23, and you need a rear line. I wonder.

I think its mad because you washed it. It was using the dirt as a disguise. ~0

Yes, when my left-rear line took a dump last year, I was able
to buy an individual line from BMP...was something like $25.
I wont be needing an individual line anymore. The rubber one
is in place as a bandaid, and when funds become available, I'll
just spring for a new set of sleeved lines.

LOL, that's exactly what I was thinking! Needless to say I wont
be washing it for a while...at least until I get everything fixed up.

Sorry to hear the news Raj. Never heard of a SS line leaking...and you've had 2 of 'em go on you? Guess I'll stay with OEM, at least for now. Hope you're enjoying the MB area. Looks like you and Icehaus are close neighbors now!

Thanks for the info on the availability of individual lines.
