How much torque for m30 arp?

I'm going to do o-ring and arp studs very soon.
How much do you guys torque them down max?

The stock bolts i'm doing 70lb and after that they stretch.
With the m20 and cheesy metric blues I did 90lb.

Refer to ARP instructions included with the studs.

So basically it'll take like 1,000hp to lift at spec. I C.

Have you ever had to toss one because they couldn't be re-used? Out of spec.
