M535 Turbo feedback please

I've been lurking here for a while a recently slapped a gt3582r on my b34. I plan to run it as is, just cleaned up new head gasket and whatever mods I have to do make it all fit. Currently I have the goodntight manifold and wastegate setup with a 3inch turbo back exhaust started, fmic with ms2 from k-data. For fueling I plan to run the stock lifter with a proflow380lph inline pump and 42lb injectors, obviously with a rrfpr. Flipped throttle body and thats about it so far. If some one could let me know haw to post pics that would be great cheers

Radiator in front of intercooler? Rrfpr not necessary with MS2.

No it'll take the place of the ac condenser it's just sitting there for visualization. I was originally gonna go miller for the tuning service but changed my mind cause of every one here and hence already modified my fuel rail, i guess i can still use the rrfpr and just not reference it?

MS2 will control fuel when you program your injector size. At that point, no need for RRFPR.

I couldn't really find answers on how much power a stock clutch and dogleg will take, so i guess we'll find out how much a freshly rebuilt 265 will take before it dies. Also i dont suppose anyone can id this ecu.


Ideas on the trimmer pot?

That switch looks like the fuel quality switch. One possible mapping:

Thats the ecu that was running my car, I suppose its an 059 equivalent but why the alpina sticker. It is only 24 pin chip.

Thank you for posting those pictures. Ive also wondered what those blue switches were on the side of my 011 ecu!

Just a picture update for anyone interested. Fit is not as tight as I'd like it but I left the turbo loose on the mani then v-banded it and turbo gasket seems to have taken it.


I was thinking of modifying the top of the stock filter box to fit here and keep the stock filter, i almost feel i should with how nice it fits behind the light.


The downpipe passes pretty close to the steering box, closer now its welded, it barely clears the wrap and ill try to keep the rest of the exhaust from hanging off the dump. Im thinking of making another hanger that will use the transmission mount rail thing.


The intercooler roughly sitting looks pretty sneaky .


And a photo of the fuel pump setup. I will change the feed line from the tank just couldn't be arsed. Don't panic about the filter arrangements there will be another finer one just before the rail. That filter has some -8 hose around it inside the bracket so it doesn't float around.

Does anyone know what conditions are required for the stock ecu to prime fuel?

It was the crank sensors, man I swapped the plugs at 3 times with the same result. I checked everything I could find on here, even plugged the radio inand in the end I swapped the actual sensors in bell housing and it worked immediately. I thought it would make no difference since they're the same sensor. Bloody weird for sure.

Glad to hear you figured it out. I had no spark for 3 weeks when I went to megasquirt. I finally figured out I had the green vr wire tied into green 12V power, Doh!
