Hey guys, im a newbie to this forum and tried posting pictures serveral times but couldn't find out how to do it exactly, so can you please help me out.

Where are your photos hosted? Sometimes people use the wrong URL or certain hosts are a problem because they don't confirm to strict standards by using question marks or no file extensions in the URL to an image.
If that is the case, then you can switch hosts because as there are plenty of free ones that do work.
You've got the photos uploaded to a hosting website, right?

Here's what I did

Go there, enter the picture to upload, type in your email, click the box that says something like remove size/resolution bar, set the picture to whatever size you want, and wait for it to load.
when it's done loading click on the picture and wait for it to load a bigger picture. Right click the picture and go to properties. Then the properties should have an Address URL, copy that code and paste it between the [img]and%20the[/img] tool and you've posted your picture.
