I have an 8lb spring in the WG, it's the smallest one I have. I also have a 10 and a 13.

Use duty cycle at first to check everything is working good.
Lower duty cycle means more boost. Change it to normal from inverted and see if that's it.

I'm running 15psi and these are my settings. I've read a bunch of guys are running way lower #'s on the PID settings to get the boost to rise. Here are my settings.
P - 12
I - 6
D - 0
I'm also running a 8psi spring.

Awesome, i'll try this on the way to work and report back. I CANNOT wait to get this thing to some proper boost levels.

This was it. I'm building boost now no problem. I had to increase the P up to 20 because it was overshooting in 2nd gear. Thanks!
