So I got the car running and driving. Got the IP static timing all dialed in, but the thing nails really hard when you tip into it.
Bad injector? I don't remember it doing this before the IP repairs. I had to swap the #4 injector because the sensor wire had broken to bits and someone tried to boge it together.
Car starts fine. Cold mornings it will need to be glowed a couple of times....but once it starts, if you shut it down it will immediately re-start with just the twist of the key, no glow.
Idles great, but it has that nailing sound, which gets much louder/worse when you accelerate, especially under load.
Thoughts?

I'm in the same boat. My nailing/tapping came on suddenly within 2 days though. Does yours sound like this?
