B35 Head and Intake

I found a B35 head and intake in my area for $175. I need these for my turbo build. The guy said head was rebuilt 50k miles ago. Is this a good price? Anyone wanna sell me one cheaper?

I sold a used B35 head a few months ago for $150 I believe.
